Lead times fluctuate depending on the time of year and the specific product.For door orders, the typical lead time is around 10 business days.
Exact door dimensions must be provided when placing an order, whether in metric or imperial units.LP manufactures doors to the exact measurements you provide, without any adjustments.
Rush orders must be requested separately. After placing your order online, contact our office to speak with a representative. We will confirm whether our production schedule can accommodate your request. Please note that rush and additional orders may incur extra charges.
Our doors do not come sanded and ready to finish.
Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving and contact us in case of shortage or damage within 24 hours.
For MDF doors, we recommend adding central rails to panels over 48 inches.To reduce the risk of warping, melamine-laminated backs are advised for all MDF products.
